Team Values –
We are a limited company with a cooperative focus, we share responsibility and reward equally between the founding members. We are a very close knit team built on confidence and trust, it’s exciting to think what we can achieve together as a solid unit!
Everything decided by the team is done in a democratic way. Basically it boils down to the fact that there will never be a “team vs individual” situation, as what is best for the team will always be the correct decision.
We care very much about what EVERY member of the team has to say, and as such we always try to reach unanimous decisions. Under the right circumstances, we aim to add to this team in the future. We nurture a “get what you give” attitude, meaning respect is met with respect and so on.
At the end of the day, we are all game loving super nerds. Dedicated developers that want to be a part of the creative world that is the games industry to create new experiences that give the same warm feelings we had growing up playing video games. <3
